Next Tick Game
We’re rolling out a new game called the “Next Tick” game.
Here’s how it works:
1) Go to: http://www.wallstreetsurvivor.com/Private/Games/NextTick.aspx
2) You’ll see a ticker symbol, its last price (delayed by 15-20 min), and a chart.
3) Guess if this stock will go up or down in the next minute
4) If you’re right, you win 50 Loyalty Points. If you’re wrong, you lose 50 L.P.
There is no limit to the number of times you can play this game during the day! The game is open from 10AM to 4PM every trading day.

Loyalty Points Fraud: Who? Not me!
With the increase in the payout from 1,500 points to 15,000 for Referring friends, there has been a substantial increase in the number of Survivors who liberally refer themselves, their pets or their dead relatives.
And with the addition of the new $1,500 Monthly Loyalty Points prize, there is an even greater incentive to find new “friends” to play the game.
So, starting this month, we are implementing some new fraud detection traps to screen out fraudulent friend referrals. These include I.P. lookup, trading patterns and Boolian email pattern matching.
So look out you fraudsters! We’re keeping an eye out now!
Redeem Loyalty Points for Amazon Gift Cards
Soon, Survivors will be able to redeem their Loyalty Points for Amazon gift cards.
For a while now, Survivors could redeem Loyalty Points for site specific products like Real-Time Quotes and Portfolio resets. This is the first time that Points can be redeemed for stuff outside of Wall Street Survivor.
The first two denominations of Amazon Gift cards that will be offered are $5.00 (for 50,000 Loyalty Points) and $10.00 (for 100,000 Loyalty Points). If there is support for larger denominations ($20, $30, etc.) we will create those, also.

Get 10x Loyalty Points for Referring Friends
With the new contest starting September 2nd, we are running a special Loyalty Points promotion. Now, when you get your friends to play WSS, you will get 15,000 Loyalty points, or 10 times the regular payout amount of 1,500!
